Alpine Linux

The APKBUILD targets Alpine OpenRC and musl. Embedded CEF is disabled. It also
uses options="net" because the nested Go/Meson Secure Connection build may
fetch Go modules. For an official aports submission, vendor all Go modules and
remove the net option.

Build locally:

cd alpine
abuild checksum
abuild -r

The supplied sha512sums="SKIP" is only a bootstrap value. Replace it by
running abuild checksum before publishing.
