The ebuild uses EAPI 8 and cmake.eclass. Init selection works as follows:

• USE=systemd -> SYSTEMD
• USE=sysvinit -> SYSVINIT
• USE=dinit -> DINIT
• none of the above -> OPENRC

At most one of systemd, sysvinit, and dinit may be enabled. OpenRC is the
fallback for normal non-systemd Gentoo profiles.

Optional features:

• USE=cef
• USE=secure-connection

Example overlay commands:

mkdir -p /var/db/repos/bastionguard/app-antivirus/bastionguard
cp bastionguard-2.0.ebuild metadata.xml \
  /var/db/repos/bastionguard/app-antivirus/bastionguard/

pkgdev manifest

Example OpenRC build:

USE="secure-connection -systemd -sysvinit -dinit" \

Example systemd build:

USE="systemd secure-connection" \
  emerge -av app-antivirus/bastionguard

The Dinit USE flag intentionally does not hard-code an official Gentoo package
atom. Install Dinit from the overlay used by the target system.
